RETURNS POLICY
Refunds and returns
Each piece of furniture is custom made to your own specification - therefore, we can not offer any refunds.
Each item is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure there is no manufacture faults. Should your item arrive damaged, we will endeavour to have this rectified as soon as possible.

Bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they have a manufacturing fault.
Acceptable items for return
Whilst we will advise and guide on materials, colour choices and design choices, the responsibility ultimately lies with the customer, and we cannot be held accountable. Due to the use of natural products, there can be discrepancies to colours and grain on each item. By placing an order with TWB Bespoke, you are agreeing that you understand and accept to be bound in accordance with these Terms & Conditions under the consumer contract regulations 2013.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to dislike of style or colour. It is the customers responsibility when commissioning an item to make considered choices and to abide by our policy.

Deadlines and timeframes

Times and dates quoted for completion of items are to be treated as an approximate estimate and although we will always try to honour the time guidance, we shall not be held responsible for delays outside of our control and we shall not be held financially liable.

12 month Guarantee​
​
All goods supplied by TWB Bespoke come with a 12-month Manufacturer’s Guarantee.
All guarantees are assuming the goods have been installed correctly and do not apply to any faults or defects arising from general wear and tear, water damage, accident, negligence, use other than as recommended by supplier or any alteration or repairs made to goods without the supplier’s approval, by yourself or a third party.
